Maria Ojeda-Mendoza

Maria is our awesome Loan Processing team and assists clients at all of our Communities. 

She is responsible for gathering all of your paperwork, coordinating all the vendors involved with your loan (credit reporting company, appraisal company, escrow company, Astoria Homes, Astoria Realty, your banks, your employer), and finally making sure everything comes together at the end in a timely and hassle-free manner.

Moving in on time rests in Maria's hands so you really need to stay in close contact with her and make sure she has everything needed from you to finish the loan.  If there is one person who trully influences the timely celebration of your new home, Maria is that person.
